B2B Terms of Service

1. Agreement: By accessing this site, viewing our 12V jump starter and air compressor products, or submitting an RFQ, you agree to comply with these terms of service.

2. Non-Binding RFQ: All product sheets, marketing renders, and spec tables displayed are for catalog references. Submitting an RFQ does not constitute a legally binding purchasing order, but serves as the baseline for negotiations.

1. Minimum Order Quantity: Our standard MOQ for wholesale OEM orders is 500 units. Sourcing volumes below 500 units are treated as trial orders in neutral packaging.

2. Trademark and Logo Authorization: If you request custom branding (logo silkscreen, bespoke gift boxes, or custom firmware), you must provide proof of ownership or authorization for the respective intellectual properties.

3. Sample Sourcing Policy: Pre-production samples are available. Sample costs and courier charges are paid by the buyer and are fully refundable against the subsequent bulk mass-production invoice matching MOQ.

1. Quotation Validity: All standard cost calculations and pricing indexes delivered to your email are valid for 30 days, subject to cell material market fluctuations and currency conversion rates.

2. International Commercial Terms: Unless negotiated otherwise, all pricing schemas are estimated on a FOB basis (芜湖 Wuhu, 上海 Shanghai, or 深圳 Shenzhen ports).

3. Payment Boundaries: Bulk operations are subject to standard B2B wire transfers: T/T (30% deposit to launch fabrication, 70% balance prior to loading or against B/L copy) or irrevocable L/C.

1. Dangerous Goods Classification: Since automotive jump starters contain high-rate lithium chemistry, they are categorized under Class 9 Dangerous Goods (UN 3480) for ocean and air shipping.

2. Certification Assurances: We guarantee our manufactured units meet international transport guidelines. We provide necessary UN38.3 test summaries, MSDS chemical safety data sheets, and drop-test packaging compliance reports.

3. Custom Clearances Disclaimer: While we assist in arranging dangerous goods shipping, the buyer holds sole responsibility for target destination import permits and customs clearances.
